10 POINTS OF PREVENTION AND HYGIENE

1- We ask our customers to use masks (except at the restaurant table), disinfect their hands and keep a safe distance.

2- All accesses to the hotel are protected with disinfectant carpets and there is hydroalcoholic ice throughout the hotel.

3- We have specific prevention materials (masks, thermometers, gloves …)

4- Disinfection of tables, chairs and utensils after each use.

5- We use high efficiency cleaning products to disinfect.

6- We have restricted the capacity of the bathrooms and we have intensified the usual cleaning and disinfection procedures.

7- In the common areas and restaurant can only meet a maximum of 10 people from the same family or close ties.

8- Our staff has received specific training on specific prevention Cleaning and Disinfection Plan of facilities and equipment properly documented and detailed.

9- All staff use disinfected uniforms daily.

10- We have confirmed and verified with our suppliers that they are following effective measures against COVID.
